888stars Terms and Conditions – Rules That Govern Your Account and Play

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the 888stars platform, including the website at 888stars.im, all associated mobile-optimised pages, and any services accessed through your 888stars account. The Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("the Player") and 888stars ("we", "us", "the Company").

By registering an account with 888stars, making a deposit, placing a bet, or accessing any game on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not create an account or use the platform.

888stars reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated to registered players via email or an in-platform notification before they come into effect. Continued use of the platform after an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account with 888stars and to place bets or play any casino game on the platform. This is a strict requirement with no exceptions. 888stars conducts age verification during the registration process and again at the withdrawal stage. If it is determined at any point that a player is under 18, the account will be closed immediately and funds will be handled in accordance with applicable regulations.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

888stars is currently available to players physically located in Pakistan. Players attempting to access the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited must not register or play. Use of VPNs or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions is a violation of these Terms and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one 888stars account. Accounts are issued on the basis of one per CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card). Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same CNIC, same device, same IP address, or same payment method — is considered a breach of these Terms and may result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.

2.4 Personal Use Only

Your 888stars account is for your personal use only. You may not allow another person to use your account, share your login credentials, or operate the account on behalf of any third party. 888stars is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

3. Account Registration and Verification

3.1 Registration Requirements

To register an 888stars account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full name, date of birth, CNIC number, mobile number, and email address. You must not provide false information. If any details change after registration, you are responsible for updating your account information promptly.

3.2 Verification (KYC)

888stars may ask you to provide identity documentation (Know Your Customer verification) at any point — including but not limited to at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or if unusual activity is detected on your account. Acceptable documents include a copy of your CNIC, a recent utility bill, or a screenshot of your mobile wallet confirming ownership. Failure to complete verification within 14 days of a request may result in account suspension.

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your account password secure. 888stars recommends using a unique password not used on any other service. We will never ask for your password via chat, email, or phone. Any suspected unauthorised access should be reported to 888stars support immediately. 888stars is not liable for losses arising from your failure to secure your account credentials.

3.4 Account Currency

All 888stars accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no option to switch the account currency once registration is complete. All deposits, withdrawals, bets, bonuses, and balances are displayed and processed in PKR.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

888stars currently accepts the following payment methods for Pakistani players: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT), and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Pakistani banks. All methods are processed in PKR only.

4.2 Deposit Rules

Deposits are credited to your 888stars account in real time for mobile wallet methods. Bank and card deposits may take slightly longer depending on your bank. 888stars does not charge a fee for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. You may only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned.

4.3 Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. This is an anti-money-laundering requirement. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500 for mobile wallets and Rs 1,000 for bank transfers. 888stars processes all verified withdrawal requests within the timeframes shown in the table above. Withdrawals are only available after KYC verification is completed. There is no maximum withdrawal limit on verified accounts in good standing, though large withdrawals may require additional confirmation.

4.4 Failed Transactions

If a deposit fails after funds have left your payment account, contact 888stars support with the transaction reference number. We will investigate and credit your account or arrange a refund within 48 hours. 888stars is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers at 888stars — including welcome bonuses, deposit matches, free bets, referral rewards, and seasonal promotions — are subject to individual wagering requirements and validity periods. In the event of a conflict between the general Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the promotion-specific terms apply to that promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonuses must be wagered a specified number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. The standard wagering requirement on 888stars bonuses is 10x the bonus amount unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited, after which any unwagered bonus balance and associated winnings will be removed from your account.

5.3 Bonus Eligibility

A bonus is available only to players who meet the eligibility criteria at the time of the offer. This may include account standing, recent deposit history, geographic location, and compliance with 888stars Terms. 888stars reserves the right to withdraw a bonus from any account if it determines the player does not meet the conditions or has attempted to game the system.

5.4 Referral Bonuses

Self-referrals and multi-account referrals are prohibited and will result in forfeiture of all bonuses.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 Placing Bets

Bets placed at 888stars are binding once confirmed. You are responsible for checking your bet slip carefully before submitting. Once a bet is confirmed and a bet reference number is issued, 888stars will not cancel or amend the bet on the basis of a player's error unless there was a clear technical fault on the platform's side.

6.2 Odds and Markets

888stars reserves the right to change odds at any time before a bet is placed. The odds displayed at the moment you confirm your bet are the odds at which it will be settled, regardless of subsequent market movement. 888stars may void any market where there is evidence of match manipulation, data corruption, or a manifest error in the pricing.

6.3 Void Bets

A bet may be voided if the event is cancelled, abandoned, or suspended before the relevant outcome is determined. Voided bets have their stake returned to the player's account. If part of an accumulator bet is voided, the remaining selections stand at adjusted odds unless all selections are voided.

6.4 In-Play Betting

In-play betting markets at 888stars update in real time. Bets placed in-play are processed at the odds available at the moment of submission, which may differ slightly from displayed odds due to network latency. 888stars reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time during a live event. Any bets placed during a suspension period will be cancelled and stakes returned.

6.5 Maximum Payout

888stars applies a maximum single-event payout and a maximum accumulator payout. These limits are displayed in your account before placing a bet. Any winnings calculated to exceed the applicable maximum payout will be paid at the maximum limit. These limits exist to manage risk and ensure sustainable operation of the platform.

7. Casino and Card Games

7.1 Game Fairness

All casino games and virtual sports outcomes at 888stars are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). The RNG is independently audited by a third-party testing laboratory to confirm that outcomes are statistically random and not manipulated. 7.3 Technical Issues During Play

If a game session is interrupted due to a technical issue on the 888stars platform, the session will be recorded and all bets or pending outcomes will be resolved based on the last confirmed game state. If resolution is not possible, bets affected by a confirmed platform fault will have their stakes returned to the player's account. 888stars is not liable for losses caused by the player's own device or internet connection issues.

8. Prohibited Activity

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 888stars and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Creating multiple accounts (duplicate accounts under any identity).
• Using VPNs, proxy services, or any other tool to mask your actual location or identity.
• Attempting to exploit bonus terms through systematic play designed to guarantee profit (bonus abuse).
• Collusion with other players, whether in live dealer games, virtual sports, or any other format.
• Use of automated betting bots, scripts, or software to interact with the 888stars platform.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent, illegal, or criminal activity.
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you or is not authorised for your use.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute any legitimate transaction with your payment provider.
• Sharing your account credentials or allowing another person to access or operate your account.
• Providing false information at any point including during registration, verification, or support interactions.
• Any activity that 888stars reasonably believes constitutes match-fixing or insider knowledge-based betting.

Where an account is suspended due to a suspected breach of Terms, the funds are frozen pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, funds may be forfeited in whole or in part. If the investigation finds no breach, funds are returned in full. 888stars will communicate the outcome of any investigation to the player by email.

11.3 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your 888stars account at any time by contacting support. Before closure, you should withdraw your available balance. Any active bonuses are forfeited upon voluntary closure. 888stars will retain your account data for the legally required period after closure.

11.4 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if it has had no login activity for 12 consecutive months. 888stars will notify inactive account holders by email before applying any inactivity policy. Account data is retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy regardless of inactivity status.

12. Limitation of Liability

888stars provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take reasonable steps to ensure the platform operates reliably, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service at all times. 888stars is not liable for losses arising from:

• Any indirect, consequential, or special damages howsoever caused.

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, 888stars' total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform is limited to the amount of funds held in your 888stars account at the time the issue arises.

13. Amendments to These Terms

888stars may amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide at least 14 days' notice by email to your registered address or by an in-platform notification. Minor amendments — such as clarifications or updates to payment method lists — may take effect immediately without prior notice.

If you do not agree to an amendment, you must stop using the platform and may close your account before the amendment takes effect.
