Account & Registration

Registering is free and takes under two minutes. Go to 888stars.im/register, enter your full name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number (+92), and email address. Set a secure password, accept the Terms and Conditions, and submit. A one-time PIN (OTP) is sent to your mobile — enter it to confirm your number and your account is ready. You must be 18 or older to register. One account per person, linked to your CNIC.

No. 888stars operates a strict one-account-per-person policy. Each account is tied to a unique CNIC number. Creating duplicate accounts — whether with different email addresses, mobile numbers, or devices — is a breach of our Terms and Conditions. If duplicates are detected, all associated accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited. If you've lost access to your original account, contact support via live chat rather than creating a new one.

Identity verification is required before your first withdrawal — not at registration. When you request a withdrawal, you'll be prompted to submit a clear photo of your CNIC (front and back) and a selfie holding it. Verification is usually completed within a few hours. Once verified, future withdrawals are processed without repeating the KYC step unless we detect unusual account activity.

Log in, go to Account Settings, and select Contact Details. Changing your mobile number requires OTP verification on both the old and the new number. Changing your email requires a confirmation link sent to the current registered email. If you no longer have access to your original contact details, contact support with your CNIC for manual verification before any change is made.

Click "Forgot password?" on the login page. Enter your registered mobile number or email. An OTP is sent to your mobile — enter it and follow the prompts to set a new password. The OTP expires in 10 minutes so act promptly. If your registered mobile is no longer active, contact 24/7 live chat support with your CNIC details for manual account recovery.

Account closure requests must be made via live chat or email at support@888stars.im. Before closing, withdraw any remaining balance. Accounts closed voluntarily are fully removed along with personal data as per our Privacy Policy. If you're closing due to concerns about problem gambling, consider requesting self-exclusion instead — it's reversible after the chosen period, which gives you flexibility that a full closure doesn't.

Deposits & Payment Methods

Log in and go to your Wallet or Deposit section. Select your preferred payment method — Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT, or Visa/Mastercard card. Enter the amount in PKR and follow the on-screen steps for your chosen method. Mobile wallet deposits (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay) credit instantly. Bank IBFT transfers may take up to 30 minutes depending on your bank. There are no deposit fees on 888stars's end, though your bank or wallet provider may charge their standard transaction fee.

The minimum deposit is Rs 200 for Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, and SadaPay. For bank IBFT transfers and Visa/Mastercard card payments the minimum is Rs 500. All deposits are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) — there is no currency conversion and no foreign exchange fee. Your 888stars balance is always displayed in PKR.

Most mobile wallet deposits credit within seconds. If it's been more than 10 minutes and your balance hasn't updated, first check your transaction history in your account. Then check your Easypaisa or JazzCash app to confirm the payment went through on their end. If the payment shows as successful in your wallet but the balance still hasn't updated on 888stars, contact our support team via live chat with the transaction reference number — we'll trace and credit it manually if needed, usually within one business hour.

Yes — and we encourage it. Go to Account Settings → Responsible Gaming → Deposit Limits. You can set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap in PKR. Reductions apply immediately. Withdrawals

Log in and navigate to your Wallet → Withdraw. Select your withdrawal method — Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, or bank IBFT. Enter the amount in PKR and confirm. If this is your first withdrawal, you'll be prompted to complete KYC identity verification (CNIC photo + selfie) before the payment is processed. Subsequent withdrawals don't require KYC again unless there's a security review. Funds arrive in your mobile wallet or bank account within minutes to a few hours for verified accounts.

The minimum withdrawal via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, or SadaPay is Rs 500. For bank IBFT transfers the minimum is Rs 1,000. There is no standard maximum for verified accounts — large withdrawals may require additional documentation as part of standard financial compliance checks. All withdrawal amounts are in PKR.

Most withdrawals for fully verified accounts process within minutes during business hours. Delays can occur if: (1) your KYC documents are pending review, (2) the withdrawal amount triggers a routine security check, (3) the selected payment channel is experiencing downtime on the provider's end. Check your account's withdrawal history for the status. If it shows "processing" for over two hours, contact live chat support with your withdrawal reference number. We can expedite or investigate from our side.

888stars does not charge a withdrawal fee on our end. Your mobile wallet provider (e.g., Easypaisa, JazzCash) or bank may apply their own standard transaction charges depending on the amount and their current fee structure. Select the outcome you want to bet on, enter your stake in PKR, review the potential return, and confirm. Multiply your stake by the decimal odds to calculate your total return including your stake — so Rs 1,000 at odds of 2.50 returns Rs 2,500 (Rs 1,500 profit + Rs 1,000 stake). Odds reflect the probability of an outcome as assessed by our trading team, adjusted for market margin. In-play odds change rapidly based on match events — the odds shown at bet placement are the ones that apply to your bet.

If a cricket match is officially abandoned before a result is determined (e.g., due to rain, pitch conditions, or security), most markets are voided and stakes are returned in full to your account. Markets where a result was already determined before abandonment (e.g., first innings runs if it was completed) are settled on that result. Yes — cash-out is available on selected in-play cricket markets on 888stars. When a cash-out option is available for your bet, a "Cash Out" button appears in your open bets list with the current cash-out value displayed. The amount offered reflects current in-play odds.
